In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Manage the identification, assessment, and delivery of AI enablement initiatives within ITMAM by engaging business process owners to understand operational requirements and improvement opportunities.
- Translate these requirements into clearly defined AI use cases and prioritised backlogs in collaboration with the AI Centre of Excellence, ensuring solutions are feasible, aligned to approved standards, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, control, and service quality.
- Act as the primary business point of contact for assigned AI initiatives by coordinating inputs from ITMAM stakeholders and ensuring a clear understanding of scope, objectives, dependencies, and success measures.
- Support structured discovery, requirement definition, testing, and acceptance activities to ensure AI solutions meet agreed business needs and are effectively embedded into operational processes.
- Ensure AI solutions implemented within ITMAM comply with applicable policies, governance frameworks, and risk management requirements.
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to embed appropriate controls, monitoring mechanisms, and documentation into AI‑enabled processes, supporting responsible adoption while safeguarding customer outcomes and the Bank.
- Support journey mapping and process review activities to identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and enhance customer and colleague experience.
- Monitor the performance of AI‑enabled processes and contribute recommendations for enhancements based on operational feedback, performance metrics, and control outcomes.
- Support AI‑related change initiatives by contributing to rollout planning, stakeholder communication, and adoption activities.
- Assist business areas in integrating AI solutions into day‑to‑day operations, including self‑service and embedded AI tools, to promote effective uptake and sustained usage in line with agreed operating models and standards.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least minimum of 8 years of Banking experience, with proven experience in Project Management and Delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline.
