We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented F&B Attendant to join our team and be part of this exciting new dining experience.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Welcoming guests warmly and providing attentive, personalised service throughout their dining experience.
Presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and offering recommendations based on guest preferences.
Developing a good understanding of Japanese cuisine, ingredients and dining traditions to confidently guide guests through the menu.
Ensuring food and beverages are served accurately, efficiently and according to our luxury service standards.
Preparing and maintaining the restaurant's dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, proper table settings and attention to detail.
Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests to create memorable dining experiences.
Working closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Handling guest feedback professionally and supporting service recovery when required.
Following food safety, hygiene and responsible beverage service standards.
What We need from you:
Previous experience as an F&B Attendant or Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
Experience in a Japanese restaurant or knowledge of Japanese cuisine is highly preferred.
Good understanding of food and beverage service standards, including table service and guest engagement.
Strong communication skills in English, with a warm, confident and professional approach.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide personalised service in an intimate dining environment.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine passion for hospitality.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
