Your Tasks:
- Lead, train and motivate the Housekeeping team to deliver luxury standards
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all rooms and public areas
- Plan schedules, manning and deep-cleaning programs for a smooth operation
- Manage inventories of linen, cleaning equipment, guest supplies and minibar
- Handle guest requests and complaints, and make sure guest preferences are met
- Coordinate daily with Front Office and Engineering on preventive maintenance and snag lists
- Control departmental costs and track productivity without compromising on quality
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel
- Strong coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for luxury hospitality
