- Collect, verify and check all employee documents (passport, Emirates ID, visa, qualifications, professional licences, contracts and other required paperwork) for accuracy, validity and completeness
- Create new employee profiles in our HR platform (Bayzat) and upload all personal, employment and document data accurately
- Coordinate with store managers and department heads so new starters are welcomed and prepared
Employee data and records

- Check and upload updated documents and data as they change (renewals, new passports, status or role changes)
- Track document expiries and personal details, and keep personnel files complete and confidential

- Coordinate new visa applications, labour permits, renewals and cancellations for employees
- Monitor expiry dates for visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, medical insurance and other documents, and start renewals well ahead of time
- Liaise with our PRO provider and government entities to keep applications moving and resolve issues
Employee support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, including contracts, documents, leave, payroll questions and general policy
- Respond promptly and professionally, and escalate to the HR Manager where needed

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills; you don’t let deadlines or expiry dates slip
- Strong written and spoken English
- Professional, approachable, and trusted with confidential information
