Role Overview
As an IT Assistant, you will support daily IT operations and provide technical support to our staff. As part of our team in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, helping maintain IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth resolution of technical issues for end-users across the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in providing user training on systems and security best practices.
- Monitor and maintain office networks and internet connectivity.
- Manage inventory of IT assets and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with IT team members to plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and escalate complex issues as needed.
Must have requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support or technician role.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
