Your Day to Day
As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun and welcoming environment for the children while delivering engaging activities and personalized service. You will ensure the Kids Club is clean, well-organized, and operated in line with resort standards and safety procedures.
Some of your main role responsibilities are:
Welcome children and families warmly and provide personalized service.
Follow registration, sign-in/sign-out, and child supervision procedures.
Supervise children and ensure their safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times.
Plan and organize fun, engaging, and age-appropriate games, crafts, educational, and recreational activities.
Communicate with parents and respond to children’s needs and guest requests with care and professionalism.
Support revenue-generating Kids Club activities and resort programs where applicable.
Process payments accurately and handle cash and other forms of payment in accordance with resort procedures.
Clean, sanitize, and properly store toys, equipment, and activity materials after use.
Follow all resort SOPs, safety procedures, and brand standards.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
Relevant qualifications or training in childcare, teaching, recreation, or hospitality is an advantage.
Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Friendly, patient, and energetic, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with children and parents.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and first aid preferred.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
