Job Purpose
Perform upholstery repair, refurbishment, and maintenance services for vehicle interiors, including seats, door panels and other trim components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Principal Accountabilities
- Inspect vehicle upholstery to identify damage or defects.
- Repair or replace damaged upholstery materials, including leather, fabric, and vinyl.
- Color-match leathers for seamless repairs.
- Use appropriate tools, adhesives, and sewing machines to complete repairs.
- Collaborate with service advisors and customers to understand specific repair requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the upholstery bay.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures during all repair activities.

Required Qualifications
