Responsibilities
1. Maintain the content calendar and manage the post workflow end to end, prep, review, approval, scheduling, and publishing.
2. Source and organize creative assets, links, and campaign details for each post. Monitor comments, mentions, and messages, escalating sensitive issues to the right owner.
3. Reach, engagement, growth, and content results. Track cultural moments and trends to spot timely opportunities for the brand.
4. Support day-to-day delivery of campaigns, activations, partnerships, and internal requests.
5. Coordinate timelines, briefs, feedback, approvals, and final assets across stakeholders.
6. Ensure published materials follow brand guidelines, messaging, and visual standards. Maintain an organized library of approved assets, templates, and final deliverables.
7. Run quality checks before anything goes live. Support meeting prep, status updates, notes, and follow-ups. Keep trackers, calendars, task lists, and shared resources organized.
8. Turn campaign and content data into clear, concise summaries. Flag workflow gaps, missed dependencies, and timeline risks early.
Requirements
1. Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
2. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading and attention to detail.
