Responsibilities
1. Build and continuously improve the category structure, product standards and onboarding governance framework.
2. Define category standards, product attributes, information requirements and market-specific guidelines.
3. Design standardized processes, checklists and quality requirements covering preparation, review, setup and launch.
4. Drive pilot launches for different integration models, priority categories and merchants, and develop scalable SOPs.
5. Work with business, Product, Engineering, Data and regional teams to drive implementation.
6. Track onboarding issues, identify rework and efficiency gaps, and drive them to resolution.
Requirements
1. Experience in e-commerce, retail, quick commerce, local services or platform-based businesses.
2. Experience in category operations, product operations, merchant operations, process design or business governance.
3. Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear rules, standards and execution processes.
4. Strong structured thinking, analytical, project management and cross-functional execution skills.
5. Proficiency in English for cross-regional communication and documentation.
