Summary
Keeta is seeking a Product Operations Intern in Riyadh to support partner development strategy. The intern will help maintain 3PL partner admission standards, research competitors, improve partner evaluation and management systems, and support partner recruitment channels. Duties also include analyzing and visualizing operational data, coordinating across teams, and preparing meeting notes and multilingual materials. Applicants should be undergraduate students in a related field, have data analysis skills and familiarity with SQL, and be able to attend more than four days per week; written Chinese and English are required.

Responsibilities
1. Assist in building the 3PL partner admission and termination system and maintain the admission standards database at the city/country level.
2. Support competitive analysis research and assist in organizing industry benchmark cases and strategy optimization suggestions.
3. Participate in the optimization of 3PL evaluation standards and assist in formulating partner tiered management systems.
4. Assist in operating potential partner recruitment channels, including advertisement data tracking, initial lead screening, and archiving.
5. Support 3PL operational data analysis, data processing and visualization.
6. Assist in completing cross-departmental collaboration tasks, including organizing meeting minutes and supporting multilingual material translation.
Requirements
1. Undergraduate student majoring in logistics management, international trade, business administration, or related fields preferred.
2. Data analysis skills, familiar with SQL.
3. Good written communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to handle multilingual work documents.
4. Strong learning ability with a keen interest in logistics operations, able to commit to more than 4 days of attendance per week.
5. Awareness of cross-cultural communication, adaptable to a fast-paced international team collaboration environment.
