Responsibilities
• Design, scope, and price OA software solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and technical needs while developing accurate cost estimates, licensing and pricing models, and commercial assumptions in coordination with internal teams. • Provide pre-sales solution consulting for ECM, DMS, BPM, Workflow, and Digital Automation platforms. • Support Account Managers and Sales Consultants during lead qualification, discovery, and solution definition stages. • Conduct customer requirement analysis, workshops, and solution mapping for enterprise and government clients. • Prepare and review technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, quotations, and solution documentation in collaboration with sales teams. • Support opportunities involving office automation equipment where integrated with digital transformation solutions. • Maintain accurate CRM updates, pre-sales activity logs, opportunity documentation, pricing information, & solution artifacts.
