Job Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist – Bearings to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial bearing sales, customer relationship management, and business development. Experience with SKF products will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Promote and sell bearing products and related solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial bearing sales.
- SKF or others product knowledge and experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of bearings, power transmission products, and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
