Job Purpose
Support enterprise reporting by consolidating, analyzing, and presenting organizational performance information. Ensure management reports and dashboards are accurate, timely, consistent, and aligned with strategic and operational requirements.
Key Accountability Areas
Enterprise Reporting
- Prepare and consolidate periodic enterprise performance reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate reporting inputs from business units and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain standardized reporting templates, schedules, and guidelines.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Conduct trend, variance, and comparative analyses to identify performance gaps.
- Translate performance data into clear insights for management decision-making.
- Highlight significant risks, issues, and areas requiring management attention.
Data Quality
- Review and validate reported data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Work with business units to resolve data-quality and reporting issues.
- Maintain reliable reporting records and supporting documentation.
Stakeholder Support
- Support management meetings with reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Provide guidance to business units on reporting standards and requirements.
- Follow up on reporting actions and required corrections.
Reporting Improvement & Digitalization
- Improve enterprise reporting processes, templates, and controls.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Use business-intelligence tools to enhance reporting efficiency and visibility.
