ESG Program Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate and support execution of ESG initiatives and sustainability programs aligned with organizational priorities and regulatory expectations.
- Monitor implementation of ESG activities across functions and support alignment with approved ESG frameworks and policies.
- Review progress of ESG initiatives and assist in addressing gaps or risks impacting delivery.
- Facilitate coordination across stakeholders to support effective execution of ESG-related activities.
ESG Reporting & Disclosures
- Support preparation and coordination of ESG reports, disclosures, and submissions in line with regulatory, investor, and stakeholder requirements.
- Maintain ESG data inputs and assist in consolidation of information required for sustainability reporting and disclosures.
- Monitor reporting timelines and support accuracy, completeness, and consistency of ESG data.
- Review ESG reporting outputs and assist in improving reporting quality and transparency.
ESG Metrics & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor ESG KPIs, sustainability targets, and performance indicators across environmental, social, and governance dimensions.
- Review ESG performance trends and support identification of risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in tracking progress against ESG commitments and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate reporting of ESG performance insights to relevant stakeholders.
ESG Frameworks & Compliance Support
- Support implementation of ESG frameworks, standards, and guidelines (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, or local regulatory requirements).
- Monitor compliance with ESG-related policies, procedures, and governance controls.
- Review ESG practices across functions and assist in identifying compliance gaps or risks.
- Facilitate alignment of ESG requirements with internal processes and operations.
Environmental & Sustainability Initiatives
- Support execution of environmental initiatives related to resource efficiency, emissions tracking, waste management, and sustainability programs.
- Monitor environmental performance data and assist in tracking sustainability objectives.
- Review environmental performance gaps and support initiatives aimed at improving sustainability outcomes.
Social Responsibility & Governance Support
- Support coordination of social responsibility initiatives including community engagement, workforce-related ESG activities, and corporate responsibility programs.
- Monitor governance practices related to ESG including policies, controls, and ethical standards.
- Assist in tracking compliance with governance and social responsibility commitments.
Cross-Functional ESG Coordination
- Coordinate with GRC, Corporate Affairs, Operations, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to support ESG data collection and initiative execution.
- Facilitate alignment of ESG requirements across business functions and operational activities.
- Support integration of ESG considerations into business processes and reporting structures.
ESG Risk & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor ESG-related risks and support identification of issues impacting sustainability performance or compliance.
- Assist in development of corrective actions addressing ESG gaps and risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve ESG processes, reporting practices, and sustainability initiatives.
