Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of new digital products and features, including our new fintech financing solution and our shared microservices platform. The role combines business and technical expertise with a big-picture vision and the drive to deliver it.

Job Objectives

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive trends.

• Prioritize and deliver products that maximize customer and business value.

• Lead cross-functional teams through the end-to-end product lifecycle.

• Drive successful product launches, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Track product performance and optimize based on data and insights.

• Build strong product capabilities and stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Product Strategy, Vision, Customer and Market Insight

• Define the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle in line with company goals, user needs, and the business roadmap.

• Identify innovative, market-leading features and opportunities for the region.

• Act as the voice of the customer through interviews, surveys, analytics, and usability research.

• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking across insurance and fintech.

Roadmap, Backlog, and Delivery

• Own the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing by customer value, ROI, and available resources.

• Write epics, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, and ensure stories are ready for development.

• Develop end-to-end service blueprints covering primary journeys and exception paths.

• Lead agile delivery with Design and Engineering, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and iteration reviews.

• Treat internal teams as customers: prioritize their needs, drive adoption, and define service APIs and documentation with Engineering.

• Track service KPIs such as adoption, availability, and reliability, and manage versioning and change communication.

Metrics and Performance

• Define and monitor feature KPIs and dashboards and iterate based on results.

• Go-to-Market and Stakeholder Management

• Lead product launches and go-to-market plans with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and leadership.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the product, including release communications.

• Mentor product team members and build product champions across the business.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Previous Work Experience

• 8+ years of experience, preferably including 5+ in product management in fintech, Insurtech, or financial services.

• Proven record of launching and managing digital products (ideally both B2C and B2B) through their full lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of the Saudi fintech ecosystem and its regulations.

Skills & Abilities

• Expert in Agile/Scrum and product management tools, with strong project management skills.

• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making.

• Technical understanding of system integrations (APIs, webhooks, third-party and government platforms), with the ability to set integration guidelines and standards for an integration-heavy environment.

• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and of productizing shared services into reusable, well-documented platform products for internal teams.

• Sound understanding of customer acquisition funnels.

• Excellent communication skills, especially with customers, leadership and cross-functional teams.

• preferably Arabic speaker.
