A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Service Excellence Professional, you will support the global service organization by driving process improvement, KPI transparency, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making across regions and functions. Your work will help standardize how we measure performance, identify process gaps, improve operational discipline, and enable stronger execution across the service business.
You will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Business Development to improve key performance areas such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality Response Time (QRT), Order Entry, Revenue, Lead Time, and customer experience. You will also support digitalization and automation efforts by improving reporting structures, strengthening data quality, and helping convert manual processes into scalable tools and dashboards.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support global Service Excellence initiatives by analyzing operational and commercial performance data, identifying gaps, and recommending improvement actions.
- Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into key business metrics such as OTD, QRT, Revenue, Order Entry, Lead Time, Hit Rate, and customer feedback.
- Partner with regional and global teams to standardize reporting, improve process discipline, and create one consistent version of truth across business units and regions.
- Support continuous improvement projects, process mapping, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking to improve service performance and execution reliability.
- Help improve Salesforce (SFDC), CRM, and other business data quality by identifying inconsistencies, defining reporting requirements, and supporting user adoption.
- Prepare leadership updates, performance reviews, project summaries, and data-based insights that help stakeholders make faster and better business decisions.
- Support digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled improvement opportunities by identifying repetitive manual work and helping translate business needs into scalable solutions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience in Service Operations, Sales Operations, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Data Analytics, or Process Improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, simplify complex information, and convert findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, CRM systems, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
- Ability to create dashboards, management reports, process documentation, training materials, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong project coordination skills with demonstrated experience working across global, cross-functional, and matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.
