About the Role
As Social Media Manager, you will own LINKVIVA’s social media presence — leading strategy, content creation, and execution across platforms.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will drive digital storytelling before, during, and after campaigns, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives.
You will work closely with creatives, content teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality, real-time content that connects with audiences and elevates brand presence.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a social media strategy and content plan across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and others)
- Lead content creation and publishing, including reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content
- Oversee live content delivery, capturing and posting in real time during activations and events
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and driving interaction
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams to produce content
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives
- Track performance and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify reach
- Identify and act on trends and opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant
- Support content approvals, scheduling, and publishing workflows
About You
✔ 4+ years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or live experiences
✔ A strong digital storyteller with experience in short-form video and live content
✔ Highly creative with a strong eye for content, trends, and audience engagement
✔ Confident managing multiple platforms and fast-paced content schedules
✔ Strong writing and captioning skills
✔ A proactive and hands-on approach to content creation and delivery
✔ Comfortable working in high-energy, live environments
