YOUR ROLE
As Sous Chef - Bakery, you will support the Bakery Chef in the planning, preparation, and execution of all bakery operations. Support the Bakery Chef in the daily management of bakery operations.
Ensure all breads, viennoiserie, baked goods, and specialty bakery items consistently meet quality, presentation, and guest expectations. Adapted from culinary quality requirements.
Supervise daily bakery production and ensure the smooth execution of operational requirements.
Maintain consistency in recipes, portion control, quality standards, and presentation.
