ROLE SUMMARY
- The Store Manager - Hypermarket is responsible for leading all store operations to achieve sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- The role ensures effective stock management, compliance with company standards, people development, and the successful execution of commercial strategies while driving continuous business growth.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead and execute hypermarket operational and commercial strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining cost control within approved budgets.
- Monitor commercial performance through data analysis and implement corrective actions to improve results.
- Oversee inventory management, stock availability, replenishment, and shrinkage reduction initiatives.
- Ensure pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards are implemented according to company guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, hygiene, safety, and security.
- Develop, coach, and manage department managers and store teams to enhance performance and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of retail operations experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within hypermarkets or large-format retail.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in driving sales and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and team development skills.
