About the Role
Carrier is looking for a motivated Supply Chain Apprentice – UAE National to join our team in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National who is looking to start their career in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Operations within a global industry leader.
As an apprentice, you will gain practical, hands-on experience while working alongside experienced Carrier professionals. You will be exposed to key areas of the supply chain and develop the skills required to build a successful long-term career with Carrier.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Supply Chain and Operations activities.
- Assist with procurement and purchase order processes.
- Support supplier communication and order follow-up.
- Assist with inventory and stock management.
- Support logistics and delivery coordination.
- Assist with supply and demand planning activities.
- Maintain accurate supply chain data and documentation.
- Support reporting and analysis of Supply Chain KPIs.
- Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales, and other Carrier teams.
- Support process improvement and Supply Chain projects.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
- Use Carrier systems and tools to maintain accurate information.
- Take part in training and development activities throughout the apprenticeship.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National.
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Supply Chain and Operations.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
