Job Description

Interface with business line growth team and operations to support the process of winning work. Lead responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs and applies standard pursuit processes to ensure efficiency in schedule and bid compliance. Responsible for print, electronic and oral proposal deliverables. Provides market research and competitive intelligence and leverages data systems and tools to support proposal strategy and business strategic planning efforts.

This role is a part of our 24-months Advance graduate program. Job Summary

• Assists with small to medium proposal/LOIs/SOQs. May support capture teams with pre-RFP proposal planning and helps develop and apply the win plan, themes, and discriminators in marketing deliverables.

• Creates proposal schedules and templates, performs production tasks, and demonstrates a clear understanding of compliance. Develops compliance matrices and creates reasonable, agreed-upon schedules for content development, production and delivery. Contributes to and supports the writing and/or editing and/or formatting of resumes and past performance sections for proposals.

• Participates in color reviews (Pink and Red team) to build institutional knowledge and may coordinate proposal review meetings and ensure compliance with client requirements. Manages the implementation of proposal and presentation revisions based on direction from review teams.

• Supports Go/No Go and greenlight analysis conversations and maintain CRM data system content as needed.

• Participates in internal debriefs as part of pursuit team, as requested.

• Understands and follows company quality procedures and approval processes (legal, contracts, DOA, signatory) under supervision of others.

• Performs a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory in line with Emiratisation and UAE labor requirements).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field suitable for entry‑level proposal development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, edit, and format basic proposal content appropriate for a fresh graduate.
• Ability to understand and follow RFI/RFQ/RFP instructions and compliance requirements, including learning how to support compliance matrices and proposal schedules.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to support coordination, track deadlines, and manage multiple tasks under supervision.
• Foundational analytical and research skills with interest in market research, competitive intelligence, and working with CRM or data systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and willingness to learn proposal templates and formatting standards.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to self‑check work before team review.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams
• Motivation to learn, grow, and participate fully in AECOM’s 24‑month Advance Graduate Program through structured training, coaching, and mentorship.
