Role Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the sales organization by managing the end-to-end inside sales process for assigned accounts. This includes quoting Downhole (DH) tools, maintaining accurate Sales Quote reporting, processing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, invoicing, and supporting sales forecasting based on open orders. The role ensures timely execution, revenue visibility, and customer satisfaction in accordance with NOV Wellbore policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities, Accountability & Authority
- Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate sales quotations for Downhole (DH) tools in accordance with approved pricing and commercial guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely Sales Quote reporting to support sales visibility and pipeline management
- Support sales forecasting/Best Guess reporting based on open orders
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and within required timelines
- Coordinate and arrange deliveries in collaboration with logistics, operations, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of completed orders
- Act as a key point of contact to support customer satisfaction and resolve order-related queries
- Maintain accurate sales order and quotation records within the JDE (JD Edwards) system
- Monitor order, quote, and delivery status and proactively identify risks impacting delivery schedules, revenue, or forecast accuracy
- Escalate issues appropriately to minimize commercial, operational, or customer impact

Experience & Knowledge Required
- 3-5 years experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service within an industrial or oil & gas environment
- Hands-on experience with Sales Quote preparation and reporting
- Experience supporting sales forecasting based on open orders and pipeline
- Working knowledge of JDE (JD Edwards) or similar ERP systems
- Experience handling quotations, purchase orders, delivery coordination, and invoicing
- Excel proficiency is an advantage, particularly for reporting, tracking, and data analysis
- Familiarity with Downhole tools or technical product portfolios is preferred
