Role Purpose:
Drive new member growth and retention by managing the full sales cycle, engaging leads effectively, and converting them into active members.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and work toward volume and financial targets.
Manage the lead pipeline: calling, cleaning, qualifying, and advancing leads
Act as key account manager for an assigned customer base.
Manage inbound/outbound calling: follow-ups, consumption issues, satisfaction checks, expiring members, and complaints.
Prepare and present reports to the Sales Manager.
Maintain customer profiles and update acquisition/retention forecasts.
Experience
5+ years working in Sales and Customer Experience roles
Min 2 years in Fitness/Wellness industry.
