Server

We are looking for a Server to take and deliver orders in our restaurant. The right Server uplifts the dining experience for customers, providing prompt, courteous service and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

 Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

 Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.

 Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate details to kitchen staff.

 Serve food and beverages to guests at their tables.

 Ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience and promptly address any issues.

 Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.

 Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables after guests leave.

 Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

 Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service.

 Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for guests.  استقبال الضيوف وتوجيههم إلى مقاعدهم بطريقة ودية وترحيبية.

Qualifications

 High school diploma or equivalent.

 Proven experience as a Server or Waitstaff in a restaurant.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

 Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.

 Basic math skills for handling payments.

 Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

 Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
