Hyatt is hiring a Waiter for Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi. The role serves food and beverages to guests and provides courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Waiter/Waitress is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products and, to have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1-year work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
