Acceptable Use Policy

Job posts

You may not post:

• jobs that don't exist, are already filled, or exist only to collect CVs or personal information;
• anything that asks candidates to pay: a fee, a deposit, training, equipment, a visa, a medical, a "processing" charge or anything else;
• promises you can't keep, such as guaranteed visas or guaranteed income;
• recruitment for pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, commission-only roles presented as salaried, or work that is illegal where it takes place;
• requirements that discriminate in a way the law forbids;
• contact details that send candidates away from the application process to avoid our checks, such as personal messaging numbers in place of an application.

Candidates

• Use your own identity. Don't create more than one account or apply on someone else's behalf.
• Don't upload a document you aren't entitled to use, or one that has been altered.
• Screen tasks and interviews must be your own work. Don't have someone else complete them or share the tasks with others.
• Be respectful in messages and interviews.

Information and access

• Don't scrape, crawl, copy or resell job listings or candidate information, or use automated tools to access GulfHire, except search engines that follow our robots rules.
• Don't try to identify or contact candidates outside GulfHire from masked Radar cards.
• Don't use what you see on GulfHire to build a database, train a model or for marketing.

Security

• Don't try to get into accounts, data or systems that aren't yours, get around rate limits or verification, or interfere with how GulfHire works.
• Don't upload malware or anything designed to harm devices or data.
• Found a security problem? Tell us at [email protected] with the details. Please don't test it on other people's accounts or data. We won't act against good-faith reports made this way.

Content everywhere

Anywhere on GulfHire, including company pages, courses, policies and messages, don't publish anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights or privacy.

What we do

Our checks and our team look for problems. We may hold or remove content, limit features, close accounts, ask an employer for documents, withhold a badge, and tell the people affected or the authorities when the law or safety requires it. We explain our decision unless the law or safety prevents it.

Use the "Report" link on any job, or write to [email protected]. For an urgent safety concern, say so in the subject. We review every report.
