Our Management Trainee Program is open to UAE Nationals only and is designed to develop future leaders through structured learning, hands-on experience, and cross-functional exposure. Trainees can be placed in Projects and Data Centers, Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit & Risk, Asset Management, International Sales, Indirect Sales, Business Development, Community Management, LOAMS, and Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Support departmental projects and day-to-day operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and undertake rotational assignments.
- Conduct research and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within agreed timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National (Family Book).
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing and Media, Engineering (including Civil and Architecture), Computer Science and IT, Law, Psychology, Supply Chain and Procurement, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Fluent Arabic and good English.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
