Candidate Profile
IPP is looking for a dedicated business development ("hunter") salesperson with strong CRM skills.
Preference is for candidates with 10–15 years of experience in flexible packaging, ideally from companies such as American Packaging Corporation (APC), ProAmpac, Amcor, TC Transcontinental, Belmark, or similar.
Strong preference for candidates with rotogravure flexible packaging experience, although candidates with strong flexographic packaging backgrounds will also be considered.
Two candidate profiles will be explored:
Mid-career professionals (approximately 10–15 years' experience).
Senior industry professionals approaching retirement with an established network.
