About the Role
As Site Manager, you will be the on-ground leader responsible for ensuring all event builds, installations, and live operations run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you will coordinate all on-site activity, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure everything is delivered on time, to specification, and without compromise.
You will play a critical role in bringing events to life — ensuring seamless execution from setup through to live delivery and breakdown.
You will:
- Manage all on-site activity, including build, installation, live event phases, and breakdown
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations at all times
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and crew for smooth execution
- Track site progress and timelines, proactively resolving issues to avoid delays
- Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors, maintaining high performance standards
- Oversee quality control across all elements of delivery
- Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure accurate execution of plans
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders on-site
- Adapt quickly to challenges, ensuring solutions are implemented in real time
About You

What You Need to Apply
✅ 5+ years of experience managing live event sites or large-scale production builds
✅ Strong understanding of rigging, builds, logistics, and event health & safety protocols
✅ Experience coordinating multiple contractors and site teams
✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
✅ Based in the UAE or open to relocation
✅ Valid UAE driving license preferred
